Addon-Web Interface with a plugin I already own

Hello MC-Market, I have a plugin already made & am looking for a developer who knows how to add a web-interface into a website that works with the plugin. You can private message me for details, but basically the plugin produces an output through messages on the server. Those messages also have to be put on our website ex:
Once a user goes to [servername].domain.com it will bring up a window where they put in their username once they enter their username it will show them the same data, in game that it does on the website. Again, I know its hard to say you can do it without knowing more about the plugin so please feel free to private message me. Make sure you can design a web interface & edit the code of the plugin needed to work with the web interface. Also there is a few small changes to the plugin.
Budget: I'm not sure how much this will cost so after we talk about it you can message me on how much it will cost.
