/adflymc reload - Reloads the plugin.

adflymc.exempt - Exempts users from the plugin.

If someone puts a url in chat, it'll create an Adfly URL using the API key defined in the config, you will then gain money in Adfly from players clicking the generated link.

Then it'll convert it to an adfly link and post that instead.

Great idea I must say. Imagine if a big server did this for ip's. You could make it so it says (click on that IP) -> then when they do then it takes them, what am I doing. this makes no sense.

Haha, great way against server advertisers. They post a link, and it turns into an adfly link, players have to open it in their browser then click through adfly then find the server's IP, sometimes the same IP links to the server's website, but most times it won't. I doubt the ability to generate a lot of profit from this though

Can you explain this?

For those that are not developers, this plugin will use a preset (probably from the author) AdFly key 50% of the time, thus losing 50% of your link profit and giving it to the author. Calling this plugin 'free' is very misleading and with no disclaimer, I would go so far as to call it a scam.

He's giving you a free plugin and you get a 50% chance to make money from it, seems fair to me.

But without the user's knowledge? Fair?

I agree if he had been upfront I wouldn't have really cared. Although he was not and Quantum64 had to go through the plugin to find it.

This was clever, but putting the chance at 50 was greedy. You should've put it at 5%, well people might've looked at the code anyway, but 50% ensured someone would once they noticed they were making half of what was expected.
