My name is Jason

I'm really enthusiastic when it comes to creating content, I love helping other staff members with getting some experience and teaching them stuff they don't know I'm always open for ideas and I will try to assist and give advice to other staff members whenever possible.

What am I looking for?
A professional but friendly and fun team that is working or planning on working on a server.


What can i do for you?
I've a lot of experience with setting most plugins and can do a few recommendations on what.
I can help lead the other admins or moderators if this is necessary.
I also have some experience with creating plugins but not a lot although I would love to get back into it.
My preferred position in your team would be "Admin" or "Head-Admin".
I have experience with Factions, Minigames and Survival Servers.

My experience
As an Owner
2 Years ago I had my own server that was running very smooth for about 3 months averaging over 50 players online at most times.
The server was pretty much a Factions server with a lot of plugins and we were actually working on setting up minigames.
Unfortunately after 3 months we got some issues with our host and we had to shutdown due to some hosting problems.

I learned a lot from this experience and got to know all parts of having a server and maintaining it.
From plugins to dealing with players that don't behave, and working/leading a staff team.

As an admin
I've been admin on several servers so far that never got past development I've had a lot of fun leading a team of people and setting up a bunch of stuff for the servers I've learned a lot and I know a lot of issues that occur when you are starting a server which I can help prevent. So these issues don't happen again.

The last server I was helping with was a RPG server with a customized map and completely custom made plugins I helped making some of the simple plugins and I did the setup for most other plugins that we had.

Interesting, I would have liked to read more about what server you were apart of. Also, your discord name is a lowercase e not uppercase. Discord is case sensitive. Also, added.

There doesn't seem to be any more space for an admin or head-admin. I checked this I'm not really interested in becoming a moderator.

Hey there Jason! Hhrunting here and I am in need of services you offer! lol! now as it stands the server I'm working on is a SpongeForge project! bringing plugins, and mods back together once again! It is being rebuilt from a very old project of mine! I have worked alongside Bloodmc/Kratos_Knox in the officials mo'creatures server as a Head moderator/tempadmin, testing bugs, configuring plugins, I even helped find correct enums pulled by forge to add custom drops to Mo'Creatures from plugins like D3 drops, economy, and more! which has given me a TON of knowledge and experience in server development. I have since retired from mo'creatures, and even had to step away form MC for a bit, but I'm BACK!! now as you said above you worked on an RPG server with custom plugins and map, and even did a lot of configurations, and development yourself! that is always a plus, and what I need! currently like I said Runt's Ground is being reworked and is in GREAT need of a Team! from admins to testers! I plan to see this server come out of development and into full release! however SpongeAPI is still young and changing constantly as did bukkits early development so staying on top may be a little hard for now, but that won't stop us from trying!
