Introduction
Hello, my name is Trouver, I’m a experienced staff member in the minecraft community and I’m looking for a server to work on. I would like to work on a server that would let me have control over some things, tired of people that recruit me and i can’t help.

Past Experiences
I’ve worked on many servers, i’ve learned all basics and i have worked with every type of server, i am able to help with moderating chat and doing other things. I’m looking fir servers that are starting up and need someone experienced to help. I’ll list the most important servers that i’ve worked on .

CrownMe Network
I took a big break from working as a staff member and i restarted my job as a staff member on here, this server had over 30 players, our highest peak was 50. I worked my way up to Platform-Admin, i did a decent job until the owner doit got mad at me, he never told me why so i just left.

FactionsZone
This server got over 150+ players, i applied 3 days after the opening, got interviewed, i flawlessed the interview and got rhe job. We had major issues and had to reset 7 times, modt of them were because of a dupe and crash issue, i found out both of the issues, which was caused by chunks and custom enchants, then the server whitelisted and re-opened and found another dupe, i was not able to help but i got promoted. I resigned about 4 days ago because i lost interest in the server.

I 100% agree with this post, I was going to recommend you to a server however due to the lack of you being professional in this post I will not, I don't thing you are 100% serious about this and I'm sure many others will think this to.
