Hey! Are you interesting in working for a factions server? I'm so willing to hire you, we have been looking for some staff like you that aren't able to spell, write a 10-year old layout, and write 5-year old responses!
I honestly know that this thread (in its current state) is very, very bad and no one would hire him but it's not going to get better if we make fun of it.
You may want to find a staff application format and take that so you can structure your answers
