Admin pannel bugs and more

i need help wit these things - Admin pannel remake i need these commands Gui Only commands
Brain rot giver
Event spawner
brain rot spawner mutation and level
server spawn
global spawn
global chat
event spawner
make traits and add serverluck too 2 4 6 10x luck need thats all for the admin pannel
also need these origanl commands form the admin oppannel normal carts small carts bunny jump on bunny jump off and give all players lucky block
Now Bugs that i need fixed- gampasses dont work and sometimes lucky blocks ont work
i also want Developer only ban hammer which deletes brain rots if i hit it
