Introduction:
Hi there.
My name is Nick, i'm sixteen.
I'm looking for a paid position as a higher-ranked staff member on servers of all shapes and sizes. Whilst I prefer working with larger server's, I may take up positions on smaller servers.


Why You Should Hire Me:
I believe that I would be a great addition to your staff team as I am very active, I will be one hundred percent dedicated to your server and will help your server grow as much as I can! I can dedicate between two and five hours on standard weekdays and upwards of six hours on the weekends just on your server! I ensure that all players are happy and that everything is running smoothly. I can step in easily and lead your server to the top! I understand that as a staff member; player's look up to you, therefore I am always careful and wary of my actions in game.


What I Offer.
If you choose my services, if required, I will write a load of staff guidelines, server guidelines and any other documents which may need to be written. I enjoy writing so I will definitely be motivated to complete these in a professional and timely manner.

I will also be more than happy to take on the role of managing your staff team in an appropriate manner. I can carefully watch each and every one of your server's staff members and make sure they are doing what's required in their position. Due to my experience, I also have a fairly good insight on who to choose as potential staff applicants. If there any issues or reports filed on certain staff members, I can then review the circumstances and punish the member accordingly. I can both recruit and demote staff members very easily if required.

I will be very active on your forums to ensure that your community is up to date with all the latest server news. I will also make it a priority to moderate your forums and handle ban reports, ban appeals, staff applications and all the essential parts of your forums. I will also be very active in game; whilst I am in game, I will moderate chat to ensure that all players are in line with the rules set in place and anything else that is within my capabilities and that may be required. I will take appropriate actions on users who break the rules.

Experience:
As I've already stated, I have not held staff positions on a lot of servers; however, the fact that I have accumulated many traits that would help your server is all that matters in my opinion.

RebornCraft:
I previously was an Administrator on RebornCraft. RebornCraft was a cracked network with 800 average players, until a situation resulted in the server's downfall.
What I was required to do:
As an Administrator, I was required to deal with all staff and player relations, create server and staff rules and guidelines, manage ban appeals and reports, manage the staff roster.

QuickkCraft:
QuickkCraft was my first real server. Quickk was based around factions, opfactions and kitpvp, and it averaged about 20 players.
What I was required to do:
Manage the small, but loyal, staff roster. Handle any issues that player's may have and write staff and server guides for the server.

Pricing:
I understand one hundred percent that almost every server has different needs; therefore, my services will cost different sums of money based on the amount of hours required per week and the amount of tasks which I would be required to do.
