Hello MC-Marketers,

My name is Anthony and today I am making a staff application. The position I am leaning toward is Administrator as I believe I aquire all skills that are need for the Administrator. I also am looking for a paid position cause I am in need of some financial help. So heres my application.

My Story -
Hello, my name is Anthony and I am 14 years old. My hobbies are technology, servers, and sports. My favorite sport is Football as I like breaking people ankles by jukeing people out. As a child, I've loved toying with technology as we all have and I came from school and one of my friends were talking about this game called Minecraft. Of course, being me I was curious what it was so I went on youtube, looked up Minecraft. Found this youtuber called DanTDM, I watched his videos laughed then decided to buy the game, so I went bought the game then started playing. I understood how to move and all of the basics of the game. At first, I was not that interested in the game til' I found out about multiplayer. So I found a Minecraft server called Hypixel. I love this server so much. I played, and I played, and I played. Then I went on youtube again and looked up Minecraft again, seeing all of the Watched tags on all videos til' I saw a video called "Server Looking for Staff!" And of course, I was curious went on the server and asked for staff they said make a application. I was like "Whats a application?" then they kicked me with the message "dumbo." And so I went and looked up another server looking for staff and then joined and asked the same question they explained what it meant then gave me a site to apply at, because it was my first staff experience they gave me helper and I was staff. Played and played til' the server shut down. So then I went onto different servers applying for staff. Then I found some big servers, applied then got denied. I was sad. Then from that day on I went on to servers, made a server failed learned from my mistakes and this brought me to this stage. I found MC-Market, was on non-stop and bought supreme. That was the time my life was changed.

My Skills/Strengths:
FTP Clienting - Accessing the FTP Client and configurating plugins.
Setting Up Servers - Installing plugins, setting up the server from the ground up.
Community Management - Growing a community, helping the community, checking on staff, basically management.
Staff Gatherings - Meetings, Hire Staff and such.
Server Configurations - Configurating Plugins to fit a specification in a config.yml of a plugin.
Server Hosting - My hosting company will be releasing soon. I understand hosting.
Plugins - Finding Plugins, Getting Developers, Installing them, using them, everything to do with plugins.
Websites, Forums, Donation Stores - I can't make a site with HTML, but can use softwares and platforms to make them.

My Experiences -
All of them have been small, so this is why I am starting to target bigger servers.

Why do I deserve payment? -
Because will all of my qualities and all of the time I'll spend on your server and all of the things I will provide and all of the things that I will do to make your server better, enjoyable, rememberable. The things that your server will achieve from me helping you constantly and doing what you want and what the players want I think my work is qualified for some payment.

Why should I be picked from all of the other applicants out there?
I have qualities that other admins don't have, I have achieved things that no other admin as achieved. I bring so much to the table and learn more everyday. I don't let my mistakes slide, I work on them and I make sure they don't happen ever again by preventing them.
