About me:
I’m a 21 year old male, I am currently working 20 hours per week. I enjoy sports such as soccer, I have been playing minecraft since 1.4.2. I had taken a break away and have only just recently come back. I am an easy going person, I love to learn new things and am always willing to give new things a go.

Past experience:

Blockode Network
I started off as an administrator working alongside the other staff members as we were working on development pushing to get this network off the ground. Over time I got promoted to head administrator and then to co owner. I think the only reason I got promoted to co owner was because I had helped fund the server a little bit.

Brickprison
I started off as a builder, after so long I decided I wanted to try going for helper and I made it. Overtime I eventually got to moderator, The owner, Ned as we called him shut the servers down without notice and we left.

My own servers
I have worked on a few servers over the years, but I always tried to create my own. Although I could not keep up the demands for funding the servers. Because of this, I offer my services to help others.
Here’s what I learnt from my servers;
*How to manage a staff team, learnt how to properly maintain a staff team from holding meetings, solving disputes, giving praise when needed but also learnt how to keep a team in check.
*Development, I learnt how to properly configure plugins and get things to work how I need it to. I’ve worked with many plugins and can easily configure most plugins. If I do not know how, I simply research and learn or ask for some help.
*Staff, I learnt that you need to trust your staff members to preform their duties to the best of their ability.


I’m not sure what else to say, I know I do not have much experience or even proof, but I assure you that if anyone gave me a chance, I’d be more than happy to show that I can handle the job. I’m always willing to learn.

I’m not looking for paid work. Just want to be among good people trying to do good things for the community.
