Administrator / Community Manager

Hi all,
Currently in the process of starting a server and I'm a looking for a community manager/administrator.

Your role: Administrator
Manage community's applications, announcements and staff.
You must have some knowledge with XenForo and community management.
I don't want a system administrator/developer, I am purely looking for a community manager.

You'll be either working alone as Administrator or alongside another user.

The Team:
Currently our Developer who'll be coding our plugins and setting some stuff up is Kophs
I will be managing the network as Owner alongside another user who doesn't have a MCM account.
Staff will be hired via the server forum.

Payment:
You will receive 5-10% of profit depending on the work you do.

TOS:
If it doesn't go well for the first week and I decide to find somebody else you don't receive the pay. It's only if you complete the full month. When contacting be you agree to this.
