Administrator / Community Manager

Introduction:
Hi, I'm argentina, I am a 21y/o currently studying software engineering in (you guessed it) argentina. I am offering my services as a manager or administrator for a network. I do ask that the position be paid as I believe the amount of effort/time I put into the work I do deserves some sort of compensation.

A bit about me:
I speak 3 languages fluently: English, Spanish and Portuguese. I'm a very easy person to get along with and tend to look at the brighter side of things. Within any group that I find myself in I'll usually be found cracking jokes(at appropriate times) however I fully understand when things need to be serious and can take on that role.

Experience:
My experience is this area comes from working as an administrator for PrimeMC and other servers owned by the same individual (trkey). I was an administrator for 7 months and a staff member for a few months longer.

Within Prime I would handle:

• Donation support - this ranged from unbans to questions about purchases to items not received. I took the time to properly look into each case to determine the legitimacy of the claim made by the individual but was always able to handle the mass amounts of threads quickly.​

• Setting up new buycraft packages/coupons - I can handle this extremely well as I've spent a fair amount of time dealing with buycraft.​

• Server moderation - keeping a server clean is also something I'm more than able to do if needed, as well as interact with the community on a more friendly level.​

• Staff hiring/promoting - this was done alongside the rest of the administrative team, however if needed I am more than able to hire/promote staff based on a set of standards that would best fit the server.​

• Handling player reports/appeals - I handled hundreds of these during my time as a staff member and am very comfortable with understanding how to deal with all sorts of broken rules/player appeals.​

• Setting up new servers - I helped with a lot of the setup for the current Prime prison, alongside the developer we had at the time, I heard many good things after it was released from players/other staff alike.​

Huge vouch for Argentina, I didn't know him personally but he did make Prime a better place. You'd be lucky having him as a Manager/Administrator for your server.
