Administrator / Manager Position.

Hey MC-Market!
Today I am in search for a popular server that gets around 50+ players.
I'm looking for a server because:
I would like to grow with them, also help them improve.

Why pick me as an Administrator?

I am very mature and am almost never actually immature.
I have had ALOT of experience in running and managing servers
and
would like to share my work with other servers to help them improve.

Why pick me as a Manager?

Like stated above, I have had ALOT of experience in running
and
managing servers.
I am very well organised and like to keep everything up to date
(Plugins, Features etc)
I am very friendly and ALWAYS make sure that the
Community get a say in what happens








I am hoping for a pay, Not a very big one but maybe around 15$ minimum a month and maybe it gets a bit higher based on what work I do and how well I improve the server.

Now for a bit about me
Well, Lets just start off. My name is Ben, I'm 14 and am currently studying the Java language and experienced with the HTML language. I am very mature for my age and very trustworthy. Trust is the key importance of life and jobs due to the fact that without trust what do we have?

I play football, Basketball and a bit of Rugby. I'd rather watch Football on TV though.

I am a very big gamer and am thinking of starting up a youtube channel in a few weeks but other than that, I game on a laptop right now due to my house with my main computer in has a massive leak so we aren't living in there for now.
