Introduction:
Hey there, my name is Jumpahh! I am currently seeking out a part time Staff Management and Administrator position for a decently sized network.
I apologise in advance if this is sorted out horribly, I'm new to these kind of threads and I like to babble on a bit!

Who am I? What do I do?
First of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tom, and I live in the United Kingdom and I am 20 years of age. I currently work a full time job while completing an Apprenticeship. I am a qualified Microsoft associate in Windows Security and Windows Server Fundamentals. I am very knowledgeable when it comes down to IT related issues. My full time job is that I work in an IT Operations team, consistently monitoring customer networks and providing/maintaining telecommunications systems.
Although I work full time Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, I still find time to game and staff on Minecraft servers, managing to put in a lot of dedication to my work, while enjoying myself at the same time!

What are my experiences?
My experiences when it comes down to staffing on servers is quite good, I would say personally. I have worked on only three main servers in total, however all three I have dedicated myself to and spent around a year on each one. This gives me a nice 3 years experience in staffing. I have been in positions such as Helper, Moderator, Senior Moderator and Administration. Separate to this, I also managed a mentoring system on one of the larger servers of the three that I have staffed on.
When it comes to my skills, I find that I am an extremely professional but fun guy to be around. I can write well, prepare documents with good structure and grammar. I take a jokes very well, and am always looking to have a fun time, and will always make sure that myself and those around me or working with me are always enjoying themselves while still working at a nice steady speed.
I have knowledge on configuring plugins, setting up servers and testing them fully before release. However, please note, I am no Developer or expert Server Management. I strive and succeed in community interaction and staff management. I can not code or make plugins, and my plugin configuration knowledge is good, but not developer title worthy.

Server 1 - Project-X Craft
Firstly, it all started when I applied for a small network, who would run servers from Factions, Hunger Games, Creative and a few more. (Unfortunately I can’t fully remember as this was 3 years ago)
While staffing this server, I served as a Helper and only a Helper for a full year. My duties were to answer reports and appeals, and handle issues in-game with players, answering questions and helping to moderate events which occurred within the many game modes. This server has since shutdown, and I am unable to acquire any proof of this.

Server 2 - OPBlocks
The second server, which is the most important, is the one which kick started my staff career on Minecraft. This server was called OPBlocks (www.opblocks.com).
While on this server, I started as a Helper from launch, and every month achieved a new position and promotion. I went from being a newbie Helper to a Moderator, then around a month later I achieved a promotion to Administrator. The server peaked at around 950 players, and had a YouTuber by the name of MrCrainer who made a series on there.
My duties on OPBlocks consisted of:
Helper - As a Helper, my responsability was to monitor and manage the chat, punishing anyone who was violating the server rules. I was also able to handle hackers and any other kind of cheaters.
Moderator - As a Moderator, my responsability was to handle reports and appeals on top of everything I already did as a Helper. I worked very hard while sitting at this position, not because I wanted promotion, but simply because I was loving the community so much and enjoyed every second that I played on there. Shortly after being a Moderator we had a Manager introduced to us, which then around a month later they decided I was fit enough and professional enough to take on the role of ½ administrators.
Administrator - My duty as an Administrator was to be online and monitor the server, handle forum issues, bugs, reports and appeals, suggestions and help keep the staff team in order. As an Administrator I was given OP on all servers, and had the responsibility and authority to help out all players, no matter what situation they threw at me. While being an Administrator, I also had the duty of making sure the server was under control when a YouTuber was online and recording, this being MrCrainer and a few months later, ItsBoskie.
This server has since been closed, however has reopened recently, end of 2016, where I rejoined them as a part time Manager. I worked on setting the server up with the Developers, including testing and content creation, but I shortly resigned after release due to personal real life reasons. The time that I was a Manager on here, I was also fulfilling my Administrator spot on the server which I am going to be explaining next.

Server 3 - PrimeMC
Here comes the loooong one! When OPBlocks was shutting down, I was offered an immediate position over on the Owners (Alex, Trkey) second server. This server was a large network going by the name PrimeMC (www.primemc.org). This was a hell of a step up from what I was use to, as I have witnessed PrimeMC reaching a peak of 3,000 players and above, way more than the 900 peak I was use to.
I joined PrimeMC starting as a Senior Moderator, and was introduced to a staff team of 50+ members. Around 1 week later, their Administration team at the time decided they wanted to move me back to where I was, and therefore they promoted me to an Administrator. This came as a massive, pleasant surprise as it was something I had only dreamed of reaching. There is an absolute ton which I could say about my experiences on PrimeMC, but I would rather keep you interested in my knowledge and skills then present you with a wall of text!
From being an Administrator on the PrimeMC network, I worked on reports and appeals, XenForo forums, in-game administration, setting up servers, intensive testing of servers before release, mentoring of other staff, accepting/denying applications and taking huge involvement in PrimeMC's future by being part of their management discussions.
My main role on PrimeMC during my time, was my Mentoring Manager position. While in this position, I mentored and provided help and assistance for all 50+ members of the team. I organised Moderators and Senior Moderators who were professional, had experience and wanted to be a mentor. I organised these people and gave them apprentices. Apprentices were all new Helpers who had joined the team. A mentor's role was to guide their apprentice through any situation and answer any questions or concerns, and generally make them feel at home with the rest of the team. When a mentor required help, I was the “man at the top” who they would come to.
I feel as if my mentoring system was very successful, as it has also been continued and is now in control by another Administrator, who was more than happy with the system and is still running it to this very day.
The Manager of PrimeMC (Jay, Junnk), has offered that he is more than happy to speak to anyone who wishes to contact him regarding this application. I am able to provide a Skype contact upon request.
Please note, as of today, Jay (Junnk) was let go from his position. He himself has a thread on here to find a new position, however I personally would say his letter of recommendation is still valid.

Outro:
So, to finish it all, I am overall looking and considering taking a position for a Staff Manager and just Administrator. I love working with people and communicating, I love taking part in events and I always have fun while completing work which involves a community.
I’m always using programs such as TeamSpeak and Discord, and I’m always willing to meet and greet new people. I like to have fun, while knowing when to be serious and when work needs to get done with importance. I have general knowledge in plugin configuration and server setups. I am a very dedicated person and will always try to improve and help a community wherever possible, and if I have no work assigned to me I am always able to find things to do and discuss with others.
I have a passion for helping people, and love working with communities overall, the larger the better and the more enjoyment I get from it.
Finally, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my application. I really appreciate it, and hope that I can be considered. If you have any questions at all regarding any sections of my application or about me as a person, then please feel free to ask and I will me more than happy to answer!
Many thanks,
Tom | Jumpahh
