Hobbies: Making Friends In Minecraft, Working On Servers, Basically, Minecraft In General.
Staff Experiences: I have been a moderator for 3 servers(Cant remember the names), a admin on 1-2 servers( one is MediaHQ), I Owned my own server called SiegePvP, Lead Builder on the Paramaniac servers.
Some of my traits:
Friendly:I'd like to think that I'm friendly. You respect me, and I'll respect you. You don't respect me, and I'll still be polite towards you.
Criticism taking:The ability to take criticism is an important skill when you're staff. Everyone has things they could change to improve themselves, and criticism is the only way you find out how to make yourself better. I personally like to think that I'm good at taking criticism and, more importantly, acting on it.
Hardworking
ne of the most important qualities of a staff member is the ability to work hard. Nothing is worse than a staff member who either a) punishes people but it too lazy to gather proper evidence / log the punishment, or b) is kind of active on the server, but completely dead when it comes to staffing discord or answering their ban appeals. Included in hardworking is my willingness to staff even when it might not be the most fun experience. This includes watching a mostly dead chat for hours on end on a server I don't even play on if that server needs to be staffed.
Why You Should choose me:
.I think you should choose me because I love helping people. I know it sounds cliche and I'm sure that everyone says it in their staff application, but I think that wanting to help people is necessary for becoming staff.
.I see staff members interacting with the player-base in means outside of just punishing them, but I don't see as many staff members as I would like to doing this. I'd like to be a staff member who actually interacts with the community rather than being a "punishment robot."
