Hey everyone, as you may see from the title I am in need of a Manager for a brand new server. I am acquiring roughly $5,000 to put towards the server before release and more to come. Positions on the staff team as of right now are NOT paid, this is because I am using every $ towards the server to assure the players that they will have an amazing experience.

I may understand why he doesnt want to pay for management. Managers cost around $10 a week x3 for 3 managers thats $30 a week and $120 a months. Thats if they charge $10 a week some managers cost more. He will probably start paying managers once the server releases and starts making profit.

It's more than $10 and no good manager is going to work for a random server for free

Yes, I completely understand 100%. The way this is ran is practically a tight budget due to us running more than 6-8 gamemodes.

Once an established player base and an established server is set Managers will possibly be paid from anywhere from $30-$70 weekly. Although this may vary.

Still open, at the moment we are allowing more than 5 people to apply but also giving more players/people the chance to apply. Managers & Administrators needed as of right now!!

5k isn't enough to start a network of 6-8 game modes fully custom. The website will cost about 1k including tebex. Builds About 2-3k. Plugins 10k (Fully custom). Management for something this large would be a lot more than 70 a person. More likely 100-200 per manager if you're thinking something this large.

You also aren't including the thousands you'd need to advertise cause not many people are looking for a new network. Networks nowadays fail because you need a community for most gamemodes and most people aren't willing to move to a new community that isn't tested.

Yes, I know lol. I over exaggerated once I said fully custom. Most of the gamemodes will be custom such as Skyblock, and a few others. But intentionally I do know that it takes a lot to build an amazing server such as your server! I do have a partner and he is going to be putting forth time and effort to help create this. We aren't opening all gamemodes and getting them all dones at the same time.

I completely agree quality requires larger funds to use for investments.

Yes, in all aspects you guys are correct. I do want to assure you I did however over exaggerate when I said fully custom. But already getting into it have 15+ Youtubers and about to start purchasing a lot of things and getting 30-45+ Faction Teams and Skyblock Teams.
