I own a recently released Skyblock server that averages roughly 15 - 30 players and is looking for talented administrators who are passionate about being apart of a community. The server has only released less than a month ago and is growing whilst we iron out lag issues. We are looking for Administrators that know their way around Skyblock/Minecraft servers and can handle things such as staff management, ensuring the server is stable, and potentially some light configuration work.
This role is currently voluntary as the server is brand new however we acknowledge hard workers and can speak about payment down the line. We believe that this could be a great opportunity for somebody who is wanting to join and work on a community-based server long term. Your role would be to essentially take some weight off our shoulders.

What we're looking for:- Must have a mic.
- Must be really active on the server discord/voice/forums and the server overall.
- Somebody who isn't toxic and is friendly, willing to meet all types of people.
- Someone preferably 21 max and 16 minimum.
- Someone who can handle helping players who are toxic/people who are childish (as some of the people on this server kinda are)
- Not currently admin/working at another server.
- Someone who would genuinely care for the server and the players.
