AdminMode Custom Plugin

Hey,

Today I am looking for a small custom plugin that I would like created.
It's called 'JAdmin'.

Command: /admin on / off

When executed you enter a sort of ghost / admin mode. When toggling you essentially switch between 2 characters and when entering admin mode you are granted with permissions that you set in the config.

Config Layout:

Commands when issuing /Admin on:

Commands when issuing /Admin off:

Money Change: True / False
Money Set: 1000000000 (Price can be changed)
Inventory Change: True / False

JAdmin use permission: jadmin.use

Example:

- 'pex user (Player) add *'
- 'vanish (player)'
- 'op (player)'

When you switch between the admin mode your inventory / balance changes to your admin needs, while keeping your 'default' player normal without any admin permissions and returns you back to the place where you issued the command with the balance you had before.

This is quite a hard plugin to explain but hopefully you get the picture.
I am looking for full rights over this plugin including the source code. (All right to resell)

No budget in mind knowing it's a small plugin and not going to cost much.
Looking for full developers support with free bug fixing and paid future updates if needed.
