Admins/Mods/Devs requested for a Faction-based Prison server

Disclaimer: I've never run a server before. The only reason I'm making this server is because I want to play on this server myself. This means that working with me will be a struggle at first until I really get the hang of things. However, I am *relatively* easy to work with, I don't lack the funding to keep the server running, and I have a vision which I'm willing to work towards.

Let me start off by quickly introducing myself and the server. I'm King_Kunkka, a student at a university in California studying Business Administration. The server will be based off of a mixture of gang competition and prison escape.

I'm looking for a few qualified people to help me create and run a faction based prison server. These persons' roles on the server will include, but are not limited to:

• Helping set up the configurations of plugins
• Leading 'factions' in game (until you find players that are qualified to replace you)
• Playing as the prison guards (with role-play elements)
• Contributing your own ideas to make the server fun
• Other expected jobs normally given to Moderators and Administrators
