ADMINS NEEDED
As you could tell by the title, we are on the search for administrators! No previous experience is 100% required, but it helps significantly if you meet the following requirements:
At least 16 years old
Previous staff/management experience
Significant knowledge and/or interest in the administrator divisions

Administrator divisions? Yep! An admin's purpose is to serve as the "boss" of a specifically tailored division. These divisions will, in the future, be assembled with lesser ranked staff members for you to manage & run accordingly. These divisions are:
Aide Management Division
Bitnesia Council Division
Community Assurance Division
Game Testing Division
Social Media Division

Let it be known that the Bitnesia Council Division is comprised of all existing Admins, and not of lesser ranked staff members.
Each division serves a purpose.
Aide Management Division
The Aide Management Division (AMD) is aimed towards helping the newly recruited staff to learn the rules of the server, proper punishment enforcement, knowledge of the server as a whole, how to maintain a laidback yet professional relationship with the people of the server, and the importance of a fun, toxic-free environment.
The administrator in charge of the Aide Management Division is tasked with the role of checking in with Mod+ on a daily basis, ensuring they've completed their checklists, making sure Mod+ assigned to their division are carrying out their tasks properly, bringing about any questions or concerns with owners (namely Zactivity), and preparing to be put in a position of power to which you are expected to carry out dutifully and without corruption.
Community Assurance Division
Community Assurance is entirely dedicated to the Bitnesia community, ensuring their voices are heard and their experience on Bitnesia is as enjoyable as possible.
The administrator of the Community Assurance Division is to provide answers and solutions to a variety of questions. The admin is also to monitor support tickets submitted by players on the forums and in-game.* The admin is to handle complaints brought to their attention in a professional, timely manner. Any inquiries that are above the admin's capabilities are to be forwarded to owners. In regards to event planning, any planned events are to be cleared in cooperation with owners and devs, if required.
*In-game support tickets will most likely be used through the use of book and quills, and wired straight in the hands of staff members that are a part of community assurance
Game Testing Division
The Game Testing Division (GTD) is intended to assist developers and artisans in pointing out any exploits in new, existing and under-development games that may not have been made aware yet, and to further improve and advance such games.
The administrator of the Game Testing Division is to keep communication tightly knit between Mod+'s, Devs, Artisans and Owners. Information on any bugs, exploits and greenlit suggestions are to be communicated properly between all of these staff members. You are also tasked with reviewing suggestions made by Mod+'s in regards to a specific game. Make it a priority to keep these staff members closely knit in terms of communication, and always send GSF's and ECF's to owners first. Final decisions are ultimately up to owners.
Social Media Division
The Social Media Division is designed to maintain multiple social media accounts under the Bitnesia name, ensuring important things such as news, events and upcoming plans for the server are sent out for the people to see.
The administrator of the Social Media Division is responsible for managing all of the Bitnesia accounts on social media (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and operate them accordingly. Before each post, it is to be reviewed by owners to be proofread and approved. Any changes requested by an owner must be made.
