Adobe After effects Editor

Looking for a good AE Editor, switched from vegas to AE a week ago aand looking to improve in AE since its more complex.
I know most of the basics i just want to learn plugin effects, keyframing etc.
Prefered AMV Editor but if not still works
Im looking for lessons to improve my editing skills
Must have MIC & Able to talk
