Adobe Animate School Project

Not sure if this is supposed to go here but I need somebody who can do a really easy Adobe Animate project for my Digital Design 3 class. I'm going to upload the rubric here, I'm really shit at Animate but I'm pretty sure it could be completed in a very short amount of time for somebody experienced, and I don't need it to be that good or polished either.

I was thinking around $20 for it, but if it is more time consuming than expected I can pay more.
