About me:
Hey, I’m Adrien, a 16 years old guy who plays Minecraft and has played for the better part of the past 9 years (yeah it’s been a long time). Thank you for considering me to be part of your team, as Staff or Manager. I'm a hardworking trustworthy guy, who works 100% on all projects I'm given. I am honest and efficient. I am loyal to where I work and have been tutored by two great managers. I am responsible and have leadership and managing skills. I learn really fast, make connections with people easily and listen to your perspective of things and if needed, I can give my opinion. I'm a friendly guy who likes to make friends and discover new things. I'm sociable but am kind of an introvert as well (that side of me became bigger with all of this Covid situation), I'm pretty intelligent and logical. I don't get angry fast but hate liars and scammers as well.
What I'd do as a Manager:
As a manager, I plan to work with the staff as closely as possible, tell them what they should do, manage their workload then when their done check and test what they've done to be sure that it is functional and corresponds to what we need. I will constantly be communicating with the owners and represent what they want in the work that I would give to the staff. When the server will be up, I'll do events with the players, check in on them everyday and collect feedback to make the server better! I will also be a social media manager and will post daily on our social networks. To help the server grow, I will be talking around to people about the server, I will manage the ads which will consist of Youtubers and streamers. I will contact them, create a relationship of trust and then ask them to play actively on the server and to bring their community. I would also get discord ads to make it look like the server is huge, people attracts people. When we get all the players, I will do events etc... for the players to want to continue playing on the server and never get bored! I would enforce staff policies by doing a daily meeting with the staff online. Check if they have questions, recap them about their role and give them work. I will regularly check what they are doing to assure that it respects the server's policies. I will be running the applications and the interview and will interview them all one-by-one. For the staff already in place, I will run quick tests to see their reactions and how they will do, to check if they're as capable as they're saying.

Past experience:
- Currently managing a nice business. There I do general management, help the owner in everything he needs!
- Server Owner: Created my server from the ground up, had to sell for financial reasons but there, I had managed the staff (telling them what to do, checking in on them everyday), I tested out new things, checked if everything was done correctly, think about ideas for the server, get the hosting, and lots more.
- Manager for the french part of a big upcoming server, under NDA but basically managed staff there and put the owner in contact with french youtubers etc… Translated as well.
- General manager on a little server, I had issues with the owner so resigned, he basically destroyed his own server, which was kind of sad.
- Head Admin on another server: Staff management and feature testing.
- And a couple mod positions where I’m very active and help and communicate a lot with everyone.
