Looking for a bot developer, for my new server idea.

I would like the bot developer to continue working on the bot, if it needs further features (paid). So I dont need to switch developers every time I need something new.

Bot Lang: Preferably Python, but NodeJS is accepted

The bot which the server is going to have:
A currency system
Casino <-> virtual currency system
PayPal deposit -> for virtual currency
