Hello! So, I do management. I've been pretty successful at what I do, and I've had many vouches & recommendations. I think a google document is meh, it can layout the right amount of detail, but it all displayed on different pages. Too many words on one page, it takes the focus off you and focuses on skipping.

I've come up with a design; I want this for my Management Page.
Let me explain what I want:

I want a website with everything on one page.
I want my picture in the top centre, under the profile picture it says what I want (2 lines)
Under that, I want a profile so that'll be a description.
Under that, I want boxes (logos) that people can hover over and get more in-depth about what I did for them servers & what I gained from them.

Short guide:

I'm not looking to purchase yet (unless a vouch copy ; ) ) but if someone can do this, I will contact in the future.

I also need the price of how much this could be, at maximum, so I don't overpay.
(Sorry for bad grammar, literally haven't put effort into this)​

I could do this for £30 - £40 ($36.43 - $48.57 USD) or for a vouch (since we are new on the scene and we are trying to establish a credible service).

We have recently worked with the folks over at ProximCloud to deliver them a new website, our current portfolio can be found at https://www.minecraftdigital.com along with all of our normal prices.

I would expect it to take 1 - 2 days to complete.
