Advanced OCR Discord Bot

Hey, I'm in need of a discord bot that will do the following. **Must be done with discord.js

1) Listen for messages containing images in a 'quotes' channel
2) Take the image (which will be a screenshot from somewhere else in the discord server) and use OCR or a similar method to work out the message id for the message(s) included in the screenshot
3) Output the message ID's to console. If the bot is not above like 90% certain that it is correct about what messages were screenshotted it must note this in the console.

I'm a dev myself so this is not the full project it is more only a section of the project. For this reason I will obviously need permission to edit the source code to finish the project.

If you use a library for OCR it must be a free one such as tesseract.js but you need to include accuracy improvement techniques -- most of the payment here will be on how reliable you can get this system to be. (I mean doing image manipulation such as changing to greyscale, increasing contrast etc.)

I need this to be able to work out the id(s) from complex screenshots with a lot going on in them (many messages, reactions, profile pictures, words that aren't english or contain unicode, images included in the ss). It doesn't need to identify these elements -- however you need to make sure the OCR is not confused by them.
