Why is this different?
From what i've seen i haven't seen a staff plugin that comes with a freeze option menu, correct me if i'm wrong, i originally was developing a freeze plugin for a client a while back like this but i never got round to finishing it so i made it into this.

Compatibility
This will work on 1.7.x & 1.8.x, i would recommend paper spigot since that is the version i tested it with, yet i'm almost 100% certain it is compatible with bukkit and spigot.

Vouch Copy

Plugin looks nice, GLWS. I do have a recommendation for you though. For a freeze method I like to use the code below.

Java:

if ((e.getTo().getX() == e.getFrom().getX()) && (e.getTo().getZ() == e.getFrom().getZ()) && (e.getTo().getY() == e.getFrom().getY())) {
      return;
    }
    e.setTo(e.getFrom());

I find this to be more efficient as this way it will only set the player back if they move using WASD. They can freely look around with their mouse using this method. Anyway this looks great man!

This may be "hip", but just set the player to slow 6 or greater, and give them jump boost of... What is it, 128? (Edit: Apparently not 128, but look it up, there's a jump boost value that prevents jumping) That prevents all WASD movement, and jumping, without the increased server lag from constant event checking.
