Advaned Plugin to be created (Custom Enchants)

Hey, I would like a custom enchants plugin like The Archon has. This is a XP based Custom enchants plugin where there are 3 tiers.

Tier 1 < Tier 2 < Tier 3

You can get a custom enchant from a sign with this layout:

| [Empty] |
| [Tier 1] |
| 20 XP Levels |
-----------------------------

This would be setup buy the command "/PixelEnchants Tier 1" and would only look when at a sign.

There will also be a sign that looks like this:

| [Empty] |
| [Mystery] |
| 30 XP Levels |
-----------------------------

With this sign you can win any Enchant from Tier 1 to Tier 3. There is more to this plugin but this is the basic layout. If you know you can do this. Feel free to add my skype: IAmTheHappyYeti or send me a PM.
