AdventureMC Recruiting Developers [VOLUNTEER]

My partner and I are building a network called AdventureMC. There currently is only 1 spigot developer on the team (me) and 1 person with a lot of configuration and general server experience (my partner). This is the reason we are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team.
Let me tell you about AdventureMC:

The server currently consists of 1 game mode. A player can build on his plot & unlock new plot sizes, hatch pets from eggs, gather coins, kill monsters like the stone golem and stone minions, complete quests and join a clan. There are quite a bit of things that are being developed and that are thus fully custom. We have worked a good few hours on this server already. I would estimate a combined total of 300 hours. This aside, the release date has been heavily impacted by the slow rate of development and design. Designing and developing the features take a lot of time and with 2 full schedules, it is hard to make consistent, steady progress. This doesn't mean that nothing has been done yet. Our custom plugin is about 3,000 lines of Java code written in about 1 month.

We currently don't need Moderators or Helpers, as the server isn't public yet. The Manager and developer positions are all available. We do have a couple of people interested in joining so these spots might be filled soon. We can only accept 1 manager and a few developers.

Please note that the position is currently not paid, but can become paid if we are very satisfied with your work and the server is gaining tracktion.
