Dont do it on MCM, we're not looking to join servers, we're server owners and designers and coders and shit.
I would do it with YouTubers, slots and banners ads.

If you have the money, hire a youtuber of rent a few hours of slots.

Youtubers work reasonably well in reeling in new players, especially if the video is of quality. As said above, slots are also a good source of advertising as well. Once you start getting players, it becomes exponential.
Advertising in MCM won't do you any good.
