There's an ad banner at the bottom of every page, I might be wrong but I believe donor-users only get ads shown in the sidebar.

This is a problem with ads which have undergone re-approval. It seems they ignore their package settings. This bug will be among many other ad related improvements being addressed when the ad manager soon receives it’s development service from our talented man, Jayson.

For now, I’ve individually specified the ad to exclude Premium and Supreme users, so you should no longer be seeing it.

I'll move this to the bug reports archive. As Justis has said, this is a known issue we are going to get fixed eventually but for now after advertisements are reapproved we need to manually adjust it.
