I am ABASHBASH, A small YouTuber who is willing to grow his channel on a good PvP server.

I am willing to record on a server that has some PvP gamemodes such as PracticePvP (1v1) or even Kitmap. I would also love to record on a server that has some fun unique minigames.

As I am a small YouTuber I will be requesting very low pay, which could be discussed in pm.

I understand wanting to be paid and all but you are a very, very small YouTuber (with 59 subs or something)
just going to go ahead and say I don't think much people will be willing to pay you or even pay much at all (if they will then very, very low pay)

You say "A Lot Of Views". Your Minecraft videos average about 100 views. The reason that number is what it is is because of one trailer you uploaded, otherwise it would be considerably lower. I highly doubt that you will get paid a decent sum if anything. Regardless, best of luck.
