Long Term or Short Term? Also, what kind exactly? A discord server or minecraft server? And when you say advertising, do you mean taking care of distributing the advertisement, or making?

It's Both. We want the discord server to grow and so Ectacy is also smart and we said that prizes for the amount of money are a good idea. Don't worry we have it under control and soon we will have a lot of people joining!

True, But the server has not even 10 players on and I said why not.

No, he’s simply stating you have no idea what you’re doing. An advertising manager with experience knows that advertising on 10 user Discord servers is sad and not what they do.
Advertising on other Discord servers (unless there’s a space for it or you paid or an ad) is not a good reputation for a server. I’m surprised Philip hired someone with little experience with advertising management.
I was an Advertising manager for 2 servers that got at least 60+ players and I have friends that can Help. One person just goes on a server and says it once and now all this happens. I do not do this as a full-time thing where I spam it on servers. I was just bored and had less than 10 players on the server. I think it's immature on my part but still, he is immature for reporting someone when they did it once. I am sorry for doing it and of course, it won't happen again. But still, it's immature on his part that he added negative rep to Ectacy for nothing when it was my little mistake saying it once in chat. That is my last response

You spammed the message multiple times with the wrong link. Then you changed it to the correct one after I said it.
The messages were removed but I can request the logs from Server mods.
