I've recently decided to offer up my Management and Advertising services to the market. Currently, I am one of the Co-Owners of Penzzly LLC (Minecript), and I've decided to cross the pond into the other side of the market. Often times I've been the person heading the projects and now I'd like to help others get to proper monumental status.

What do you do?
I'm the fixer upper. The main areas I like working in are expansion based. I like to help raise player and client bases, and fix up servers. I'm an advertiser with a lot more prowess than advertising. It's easy to have 2k logins on a server. It is not easy to keep 2k players active. Servers often over spend on exposure when exposure isn't what they need to start. You need optimization, features, and then exposure. Nobody wants to play with golden shit. Nor does anyone want to play with boring plastic. I focus on Optimization of servers, keeping a player base happy, and advertising.
Ill bring the expertise necessary to get you where you want to go. Wherever that may be.

What Experience do you even Have?
The list is as follows (Relevant Info Only. Otherwise this would be too long):
- TMFactions Staff: I began as a helper. I've helped TNTMadness with business affairs and even co owned a server with him. My main job there was helping the community with their issues in game and managing the server while TNT was on vacations for my short time there. Carter, the resident Head Admin/Co Owner and I did not get along, nor did I with his Girlfriend (Naturally), and so I left.
- PvPCentral Admin and Moderator: Me alongside MistaMesprit were both administrators on the PvPCentral network. After StrivePvP took over I was offered Head Administrator network wide by Pleq and Davos, however I declined due to my loyalty to the network. I handled the community and eventually became one of the most loved staff members due to my handling of staff abuse and purchase issues. Left after it closed.
- Titan Development and Cobra Creations: My two companies I owned before Minecript. I've had experience in every market from Development to Design and this is where I began the initial struggle to make money. We were pulling 150-200$ in profits daily off of the combined companies due to my handling of sales, and we were the original mcmarket Sales Reps.
I take pride in bringing that change to the community. - Minecript and Penzzly: My current Business. I worked my ass off to get it where it is today. I managed, I marketed, I hired, and I fired. I was everything. Now I've hired and taught people how to do these things and the place runs itself. Giving me my free time. It is the dominant force over this market, and it's my proud baby and creation.
- YouTubers: I've got a lot of insider contacts with larger YouTubers in the UHC, HCF, and Roleplay/RPG Communities. Factions YouTubers I can handle but I prefer to stave away from the game mode. If you're launching any of the 3 game modes above, or even Skyblock, I'm your guy. I DO NOT WORK WITH MINIGAMES SERVERS.

Well like many managers, I require payment for my services. This does not cover payment for the YouTubers, nor plugins, nor staffing. My payment covers my personal hours and work on your project. Payments are negotiable server to server, and I only like taking on one project and one server at a time.
TOS:
No refunds. Period. The money covers my time spent with you and that is irreversible.
I am not a sys admin nor developer, so do not hire me to configure or handle mail servers.
Staff teams are optional. I do offer a great staff team, and if necessary I can also recruit on and off site.
Chargebacks = Scam report and your products sold publicly, along with your partnerships cancelled.
I have the right to deny any client service.
I do not work with Leaked Plugins/Servers. I uphold all development ethics and rights.
I do not work without upfront payment.
I am not responsible for any mishaps that happen during or after my service.
I do not wish to work for servers without player base. Any size is alright, however, a player base is necessary.
