If we allowed this for you, we'd have to allow it for everyone, and then your BTC advertisment would get pushed so far up by other ads, that it wouldn't make a difference.
Also, it'd be annoying.

Assuming that's 20 people advertising in shoutbox (unlikely), that's 40 per minute by 20 people. That's almost once a second.

Unless I'm misunderstanding that, that's a little crazy don't you think?
