Hi,
I'm Zach and I'm currently the owner of a Factions server but am looking to expand wider than that.

What we need:
An advertising manager who is familiar with the following:
- Factions YouTubers
- PvP in general YouTubers
The YouTubers must be at a minimum size of 20k subscribers and they must receive active views and bring players to a server.

What you do:
You must find, contact and discuss a price or partnership with a YouTuber and agree on it. Then forward them to myself and other senior users.

Pay:
We will pay around the $100/mo mark although depending on your contacts and time it takes we will pay lower or higher. In most cases, we will simply pay for what we get.

Just to keep this simple, I can definitely help you out. I have worked for servers such as PrimeMC and Arkham Network. I have worked with a lot of YouTubers on these servers. Not really with streamers since my opinion is that they won't create a stable playerbase for your server.
