Advertising Manager ($25/mo - $75/mo) Looking for playerbase of 30-50. $750-1000/mo budget.

Hello! I know I've created numerous threads hiring people but this time I've decided to place a firm rate that I can pay you, and a firm budget to work with. I am looking to pay $25/mo to achieve a 20-40 playerbase, and then i'll increase pay to $50 or $75/mo for 60-100 players. Note such pay will be given to people with experience or some understanding of how this all works.

What type of network are we dealing with? A fully custom network, it does NOT contain your traditional factions, skyblock, prison, etc.

Budget? I'm looking to put $750-1000/month to our advertising budget.
