Advertising manager for small servers (FREE !)

Hi everyone, my name is Vincent, I'm 15 years old and I would like to try to be an advertising manager for smaller servers to increase my experience. I'm doing this for completely free since I have absolutely no experience in the domain but we all need to start somewhere.The other reason is also that I try to gain experience to be able to be paid in the future.

I could work about 1 hour per day.

I'm currently doing some research to decide which option is the best for the servers, but currently, I'm thinking about youtubers, slot and twitter giveaway. I don't think I'll have to work with SEO with small servers.
