Hi all,

I am the proud Owner of UWCraft a unreleased, unique factions server. Myself and 3 Head-Admins are very excited to share our twist on Factions with the MC world soon, but we need some help along the way outside of Minecraft. Something along the lines of an advertising manager who has a lot of connections when it comes to Minecraft, YouTube, big servers etc. As the server is starting up on a small budget it will not be a paid position, but currently no positions are paid, so you would not be getting the short end of the stick by any means. Depending on your dedication to the server, a higher staff rank will be awarded through good work when it comes to recruiting members to our community. See application below for your position. GFX, while advertising is very important we need something our advertising manager can use to entice players to come play, whether that be a very professional banner, professional logo, or anything else that comes to your creative mind! Maybe you can do more then graphics? A professional server trailer to put on our website and can be used as another mechanism of enticing players. (Custom rank?)

Also, we are looking for experienced factions, survival & pvp players who have experience in either Bukkit Servers or just server administration in general. If you've NEVER been a fanatic when it comes to Factions or server administration please don't apply as you will not be considered.
