Advertising Manager & Java/ Web Developers

Hello! My name is Dan and I'm 1/2 of the owners of the upcoming server AnarchyPvP.

Server Information
AnarchyPvP is an upcoming kitpvp server, with a unique twist. Theres going to be Teams instead of FFA, each team has its own elo, instead of each individual, you work with your team to fight for a place on the leaderboard.

What we need?
Right now we currently have 200 people in the discord, we are looking for more around 500. We are looking for a manager who can help massively with advertising but may also be needed for other small tasks as well.

We mainly need a web developer to work on our forum with us. However if any java developers are looking for a server we are more than happy to take them.

Please Note: Willing to pay small amounts for advertising as our budget is limited, as of now developers wont be paid unless the server makes enough.

Marketing is a lot of work and a lot of people like to get paid for it. Especially growing a discord server 300+ members without getting paid with no bots etc.

Also developing is a lot of hard work, stressful and doubt anyone will do this for free.

Thanks for the information, have updated the thread and am now paying small amounts for advertising.
