How Will You Get Paid?
You will get paid using a common method someone has suggested to me.
You get your own discount code for our shop, the more sales you get.
The more money/cash you will get.
The discount code is 5% off, but you will be receiving a percentage so much higher than that, you just have to tell us the percentage you want, and we can work it out.

Once you submit that application over to us, my co-founder and I will take a look at it and determine if you are eligible to be the advertising manager for us.
Server IP?
Currently, we are fixing up the spawn, as there was a WorldGuard bug, so we will tell the advertising manager that we have chosen the IP once it is going to be released.
How Long Are You Going To Be Paid For?
You will have the code. (Read How You Will Get Paid), and you are going to be paid with that code for as long as you stay with us. You will have access to see the donations if you request to, to see that we are paying you what you have made for us.
Percentage Mininum & Maximum.
You're code will get you the sales and determine how much you will get.
You choose the percentage.
Mininum Percentage: 20%, Maximum: 40%.

How Much Hours Are You Willing To Put Per Day Into Advertising For Us?:

The hours I dedicate to this will depend on how much studying I have during that current week, or if me and my girlfriend have plans. Most of the time I will be able to delicate a good amount of time to this server and advertising.

How Many People Do You Expect To Get?:

My goal of course is over 100, but realistically I am sure I can attract a close call. I think anywhere from 60 to 70.

Connections?:

I know a YouTube with a little over 10K subscribers. He is a close friend of mine. His name is Generzon. Also I have connections with marketing so it should be really simple for me to attract a decent player base.
