Advertising Section Note

Many people on here take the "Advertising" forum as a place to advertise your server / channel / etc.
As it's under the services section, I believe it's been made for offering advertising, not to advertise, if yk what I mean.

In my opinion there should be a note added to let people know the real purpose of the advertising forum.

This sounds like a pretty reasonable idea to me.

This has since been implemented and we will be making a note about it in our next announcement along with some other cool changes to the Advertisements forum.
