Advice and a developer

Hi! So first I need some advice in private from a decent sized server owner or a developer please..

Secondly, I have started a server, thigns went pear shaped a bit back, a user from MCM hacked my hosting account etc etc, and we lostalmost everything. So now I am asking for a developer who can work on the server, even like an hour a day or as much as you can do, as this position would not be payed until later stages, this is because we currently do not have the budget for paying staff. However as developer on the server you will get Obsidian rank on the server.

For now we only have a few things left to do; more or less is just finish prison, we already have Skyblock from before luckily I had backed it up.

Prison is also almost finished, but once you join, you will see a few issues here and there.

Also there is one issue with Bungee, it says that it is online mode, but it isnt, its probably just a config error.

Well if they dont abuse, and play legit, then there would be use of the rank (kits and chat color etc)

Developers (most of the time) NEVER play the game. They do their job that they are being PAID for and code.

Well as I said, currently we cannot afford to pay the developers, without the developers we cannot release and without release we cannot get donations and without donations I cannot pay developers.
