I've had this as my current gaming PC and I have used it for a bit over a year or so and experienced no issues; however, I was debating an upgrade soon.

*please note the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 is no longer available, but that is what I'm using.

I am getting a new monitor soon, as my old one which I had been using (not shown in the link, because I'm not sure what it was) broke. I have been contemplating this monitor. What do you guys think about it? Would you recommend a better one or should this work fine?

Do any specific parts look as if they could use an upgrade?

Here are my results on UserBenchmark: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/3850971

What do you guys think I should upgrade or change in order to receive a better performance out of my PC?

Thanks.

Hardly a "winner",

Use the money to upgrade to a better GPU (max 1070) and keep the same CPU. There will only be a marginal increase of performance if you upgraded to an I5 for example. About 10%. It is way more cost effective to get a better GPU.
It didn't seem like he's on a budget as he hasn't stated one. I agree the if it was an either or situation maybe i'd slightly lean towards the GPU upgrade, but getting an recent i5 isn't just going to be "about 10%" you're looking at probably around a 25%-35% increase in performance if you don't go top of the line. If you do go like a i5 7600k then you can look at around a 65%-70% increase on speeds (based on cpu benchmark performances readings). The only "good" thing I think about the current AMD FX 8350 is that it's multi-core process maybe around 5% then the intel i5 of it's generation but it's definitely not comparable to the recent i5's, we can forget about the i7's. So even reading back if you had to do a single upgrade i'd go processor upgrade first.

Lets get you sorted out.

First of all, if you are somewhere around the i5 budget. Don't go for i5. Yeah I know some smartass will try to make fun of me but in the market currently if you are going for low budget, or high end, go for intel. Mid range is held by AMDs R5 series. So either aim for R5 1500X or R5 1600. You'll be getting as twice as many threads at least if not even x3 with 1600 from an i5. Furthermore the gap will close if you manage to get your hands on an 3000MHz RAM.

Also, 16GB has become necessity. Games might not show that they need 16GBs of ram but trust me, after you upgrade to 16GB, suddenly the usage doubles up. (at least it has for me in games such as battlefield 1)
