Advice on Getting Youtubers/ Streamers and Server Growth?

Hello i am Colin i am the Owner of Chaoticcraft a Minecraft Custom Enchants/Mcmmo Factions server and i currently have 0-10 playerbase along with 5 small youtuber along with myself.

I would helpb knowing what to improve on my server along with how i can grow it aswell.

Get youtubers to bring in 2 or 3 of there friends. Then get all youtubers to record a bit, and show hat you have a bit of a playerbase.

More people join.

You make more money.

Your server eventually ends up like TheArchon
