Hey.
I recently got notified by PayPal about a transaction that I did with a user (Aloha, who is now banned) opened a dispute even though the deal was legit & completed.
I sent him $20 via ETH for $20 PayPal, he sent the funds via G&S which was an immediate red flag but I didn't think anything of it since he did many deals & seemed legit.
Now, under 3 months later I'm left with him charging back falsely, was wondering if anyone could possibly help with what I should reply to PayPal, not sure if they will accept the dispute as I'm not sure if they refund for intangible goods.
Chat logs:
Would be thankful if anyone could help me with winning the dispute.
Thanks,
Ventile.
