Hi! I'd recommend, you draw on paper first, don't put all your eggs in one basket. No one likes it when they spend a load of money on something they don't want to do afterwards. Anyways, for a tablet, I'd recommend you get a Wacom Intuos, it'll come good for 200$.
If you have anymore questions, feel free to quote me so I can receive a notification. :)

All artists have to put a bit of work and effort for the sake of improving. I'd recommend watch a bit of tutorial videos and improve a bit more on art before selling stuff. You need to produce high quality stuff here, I'll recommend some art youtubers who taught me art.
- Draw with Jazza
- Baylee Jae
- Jel Arts
- Christopher Hart
- The Art of Aaron Blaise

There are tons more too. And the tutorials are pretty entertaining. Good Luck!

I'll vouch on that, Jazza is a really talented person, Id recommend watching to learn at least some tricks before even considering purchasing a drawing tablet.

A wacom tablet is a good tablet to buy to start up with and you can get a really good one for $200.
You should also watch all of those artists that ZoeyPlayzMC stated above. You could also watch some speedarts and slow the video down and see what brushes and techniques artists use.
Once you begin drawing, what's key to improving is to take criticism on board (most artists get a lot when starting) and look at ways to improve your art to that next level where your style becomes unique to you and you only.

I wish you the best in your graphic designing. :)
