Hey,

I have been starting up a little crypto-currency business on here and a user by the name of
'Reinsure'
contacted me via Discord, he said he had been banned for too many warning points.

The deal was he wanted £100.00 worth of Bitcoin in which I said he can pay the first 50% upfront since he was banned, in my opinion, I was a little sceptical about that, that's why I insisted on him doing 50% first he said "No" which I said 'No' since it was a large transaction.

Please tell me what this user is like if you had known him.

Don't deal with banned users no matter how much you trust them.
Also it's worth mentioning that Reinsure is a kid that joined the site underaged, spam-reported people's reputations, lied about people to staff to get revenge on them and get them banned, acted like a dick, and basically everyone hated him.
