Hello,
I would like to post a server setup here, and I saw that I must provide a proof of ownership.
In the wiki, I saw a list of examples, but not for the setup category :
(Quoted from the Wiki)
Proof of Ownership => Proof of Ownership can be very hard to provide, but here are some examples:
  • Plugins => A Screenshot of the Code
  • Builds => A Screenshot of the Build mid-build (incomplete)
  • Graphics => A Screenshot of the Graphic/s in whatever editor it was made (Eg: photoshop)
  • Schematics => A Screenshot of it in MCEdit
  • Configurations => A Screenshot of the Config file
  • Skripts => A Screenshot of the Code
  • Website => A Screenshot of the Code
  • Other => Anything you can think of that would prove Ownership.
So I would like to know if you have any tip to give me on how to give the Moderators a proof that I'm the owner of this setup.
Since the main work of this setup is the plugin configurations, I thought that showing how I configure would be a good example.

I recorded myself setting up a (simple) scoreboard plugin that will be included in the setup. I've added some explanations of what I'm doing. Here is the video :

(don't judge my editing skills)

Do you think it's enough to prove that I'm the owner of the setup?

Thanks in advance for your answers

Thanks for your fast response, if I understand well what you say, this video is enough to prove that I'm the owner of this setup.
However, I'm not sure what you mean by :

AND that you has resell rights.
Does that concern paid plugins? My setup only contains free plugins such as WorldEdit or Essentials. I hope I don't have to contact each plugin developer...

You are most certainly welcomed!

In most cases yes but I am not sure what's the standing on free plugins if that would be considered commercial usage or not. As by default some licenses does not allows to be sold on it own.
Thank you for your precious advices.

I think I have gathered enough proof material that I'm the owner (I made a 2nd video of myself configuring a plugin), but I'm not sure where to put that proof material.
The Wiki says the following :
Your description could include the following:

  • A Description of your Resource and what it does.
  • A list of Features.
  • Some Screenshots of the Resource (For more info, scroll down).
  • A video of your Resource in action.
  • A VirusTotal Scan (For more info, scroll down).
  • A way the buyers can contact you.
  • Proof of Ownership (For more info, scroll down).
Here it says that the Proof of Ownership should be in the main description, but I've never seen any resource where it's written in the main description... Is that really the right place?

Thank you in advance for your answers

I would just put a spoiler saying "Proof of Ownership" or something in the main details.
I will do that then, thank you very much for your fast answers (Are you connected 24/24?)
