I offer Bukkit/Spigot plugins. I will code them especially for you and your plugin will not be given out to any other(With the exception if you withdraw your payment back). You tell me what to do. I am not going to decide on what you want. You should already know what you want.

What are your prices?
My prices will depend on the size of the plugin.
Small = 100-500 lines = $7.50
Medium = 600-1000 lines = $15
Big = 1001+ lines = $30+ (Depends on how much lines)
Specializations?
I have spend about 100+ hours understanding Java and the SpigotAPI. I've made my own test plugins. So, I could say, I have a good knowledge of it.
