Aesthetic MC is a Minecraft network that's going to have players relax and chill while enjoying the wide variety of the present game modes, such as [FACTIONS] (70% Done), [SKYBLOCK] (50% Done), [SURVIVAL] (90% done) and [PRISON] (70% Done). The theme revolves around Aesthetics and "Waves" (Vaporwave, Retrowave etc.)
The prices may seem cheap to you, but most of the servers don't pay a penny to reward the hard work of their builders, developers and staffers.
Every position gets paid for a "milestone." For example,
Builders get paid for every hub or spawn they build (5-10€ each).
Developers get paid for fixing all the errors in the console (5€) and re-coding or coding a plugin (5-10€ each)
The only positions we can't afford to pay are Moderators and Administrators.
Now, you might be wondering what a developer actually does. He takes care of fixing plugin errors in the console and eventually re-code them. He also codes brand new plugins to enhance the originality, creativity and gameplay of the server. Developers have access to the console and they are necessary to ensure the development of the server. Must have some previous experience
BUILDERS and BUILD MANAGERS.
Builders are people who are fairly good at building structures and terraforming.
We have a wide selection of tools to help you out on your journey to make the server great to look at. (World Edit, VoxelSniper, Pencil)
MODERATORS and STAFF MANAGERS.
A Staff member is someone who moderates the server keeping the chat clean and making sure no one uses hacks to his advantage. A Staff member is sometimes asked to help with plugins and build.
Most server owners here pay for developers and builders...
